 SPICED RUM:-

Vanilla pods
Lemon peel
Orange peel
Star Anais
Cardamom pods
Peppercorns
Nutmeg
Cloves
All spice Berries
Cinnamon sticks
Lime peel
Caramel

The rum is macerated in oak charred whiskey staves, which have been infused with French Brandy and Bourbon for a set time, then a mixture of spices, being added at different stages while ageing, which provides for the lovely golden appearance and warming notes. The rum also boasts flavours of rich caramel, vanilla and nutmeg.
It’s great neat on ice or with a fiery ginger beer

About the Distiller

A family and friend run business based in Bordon, Hampshire. We create natural, high quality Gins and Liqueurs, inspired by our beautiful surroundings near the Hogmoor Inclosure.

Our love of nature brings unique flavours, often discovered from foraging locally for botanicals. All of our bottles are hand-dipped in wax to give our signature look. 

As a small, passionate team, we provide a bespoke, professional, reliable and adaptable service. We can tailor to your individual tastes and our Gin School even offers the opportunity to create your own flavoured bottle

It is a priority for us to be environmentally friendly. We use filtered water from the local Downs which also gives our gins their distinctive taste. There is no single use plastic at the Distillery. 

 We have already come a long way from our first ideas, discussed at a barbeque. We will continue our experimentation with different botanicals to create even more delicious flavours.
