Tasting and serving notes for Marlow Gin No.16: 

To create its subtly spicy No.16, The Marlow Distillery blends 10 botanicals for a warming, sharp-nosed and tasteful gin. The characteristic Juniper-led nose is quickly supported by citrus notes from bitter orange peel. The taste buds are further tingled by carefully selected spices including cubeb berries. Almonds add a mellowing and creamy flavour. A final warming nuance is provided by grains of paradise to complete a sparkling flavour profile.  

Perfect Serve: 

We suggest serving this gin in a 2:1 ratio – a double measure of plain tonic to a single measure of Marlow Gin No.16. Pour the gin over ice to allow the flavours to pop, then add the tonic. Garnish with a simple thin slice of Seville orange, add a few juniper berries and you have created the perfect serve to enjoy all year round. For cocktails, we recommend a Vesper or a Negroni – two classic and great cocktails.
