10% Off - 70cl Quaker Gin Ruby Red Edition - £31.50 Delivered

Winner of a Bronze medal at the 2020 International Wine and Spirit competition the Ruby Red is very unique. The Little Quaker Distillery have produced an unusual and intriguing gin, bringing the best elements of gin and red wine together to produce a bold and powerful combination.

This new edition from the Little Quaker Distillery brings together a beautifully light Quaker gin, full of juniper with citrus notes from lemon, orange and coriander seeds with an extra twist, a red grape infusion. The gin is macerated in our still for 24 hours with the lemon and orange peel, a heavy helping of juniper and some pineapple give the gin a real light citrus feel.

Once the gin has been distilled it is left to rest for 24 hours with black grapes used in the production of red wine. After 24 hours the gin is filtered and bottled. The red grapes do two things to the gin, firstly they give the spirit a subtle sweet finish that really surprises everyone who tries it, secondly the grapes give off the red wine colour leaving the gin to have a beautiful deep red colour. This gin is best paired with Merchants Heart Pink Peppercorn tonic and served with blueberries or strawberries as a garnish.

Please Note: This Ruby Red is soaked in red grape pulp which is a natural product and this may settle at the bottom of the bottle over time, a quick shake before serving ensures that the gin is at its best.

The Little Quaker Distillery has been a dream of owners Paul and Leanne Colman for the past two years. Born out of a desire to escape from the daily grind of the rat race and a mutual love all things gin.
