Lemon & Thyme Gin is the #2 offering from this North Devon gin distillery. A fantastic fragrant gin showing zesty lemon notes in both the aroma and on the palate with a herby savoury notes of thyme. On the palate it is juniper led with a good botanical and citrus structure.

Atlantic Spirit are based in North Devon, with their roots coming from the local coast, sailing and surfing this distillery has a focus on all things environment and using their coastal findings.

Made with juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, lemon zest, orange zest, lemon balm, Lorna Doone, orange thyme and rosemary.

The Sip and Share price is calculated as follows:  we take 20% off the RRP and then add postage on.  This is because the distillers do not make any money, in fact they make a loss when it comes to postage.

About the Distiller

Our roots have always been in North Devon – Surfing, Sailing and Sea swimming around our local coast, generally getting out in the Atlantic ocean whenever possible. We’re passionate about creating craft Gin’s that we hope you will love as much as we do. We love foraging for local botanicals and connecting with our environment, the Laver and Samphire are two great examples of this, carefully picked on the coast to expose the amazing flavours on our coastline.
