A truly handcrafted, copper distilled, London Dry Gin that is 100% vapour infused together using a delicate blend of 13 carefully selected botanicals and exotic fruits.

Taste: Fresh and crisp on the nose with a long smooth finish full of exotic fruit flavours. Enjoy a well-balanced contemporary London Dry Gin that gives you a citrusy hit with every sip.

Mix with: Prepare your No.1 Fairham Gin juniper glass with a handful of ice, pour a 50ml measure and mix with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, finishing with a fresh citrus slice of your choice.

OCHRE EDITION:

A truly handcrafted, copper distilled, Dry Lancashire Gin that is vapour infused together using a delicate blend of 12 carefully selected botanicals, fruits and spices.

Taste: A tarty juniper-forward base, complimented with fresh zesty orange and sweet clementine. Subtle finishing notes of carefully blended warming spices.

Mix with: Prepare your No.1 Fairham Gin branded tumbler glass with a handful of ice, pour a 50ml measure, mix with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic and garnish with fresh orange peel for added zest.

About the Distiller

Hello! From Ellis and Liam, the founders of No.1 Fairham Gin. Get to know a little bit about us, our small batch craft gin and the journey along the way.

No.1 Fairham Gin is named after our home address in Penwortham, Lancashire, the place where we created the foundations of the recipe behind our Signature Edition gin. With being avid gin lovers and having had our fair share of G&Ts, we wanted to make our mark on the craft gin industry and create something unique whilst still following traditional distilling methods.

You could call our business venture a product of UK Lockdown 1.0, but creating our own gin has always been in the works, with 2020 giving us much more time to be able to fine tune our passion project. At the age of 24 and 25 we become two of the UK’s youngest gin distillers and after a long but very enjoyable 12 months of market research, brand designing and a lot of gin tasting, No.1 Fairham Gin released it’s Signature Edition craft gin in April 2021 and we can’t wait for you to try it!
