In order to create a subtle fruity rounded flavour we have added a punch of lime to the recipe that combines well with the other botanicals in order to give a citrus-based presence that takes the overall flavour in a different direction.

Full bodied with a lime zestiness that is is rounded off by the Mediterranean herbs and the lime garnish. The alternative lemon tonic water pairing provides the classic lemon and lime duo that is well rounded embodiment of the citrus flavour
