19% OFF – McLean’s Gin – 70cl Floral Gin
Hand-infused with no less than 5 flower unique petals, Floral's deep violet hue transforms into a beautiful blush pink with the addition of tonic water.
Each of those 5 flower petals are complimented by 5 further botanicals, including a pinch of hand-harvested fennel pollen, best known as The Spice of Angels.
The spirit opens with a burst of hand-picked Scottish rose and hibiscus petals, complemented by fragrant cardamom, warm nutmeg and sweet fennel. As it should be, juniper is very much present and helps to round off the delicate florals and spices, with hints of ripening soft-fruits and pine resin. Although it contains no added sugar, a subtle, icing-sugar sweetness is delivered by the spirit's floral boquet.
Our Floral Gin is served perfectly with Fever-Tree's Mediterranean Tonic Water or, for a sweeter treat, try it with some Rose Lemonade. Cocktails? The classic Bramble is a firm favourite, or ask us about the Perennial Millennial - you won't be disappointed.
The Sip and Share price is calculated as follows: we take 19% off the RRP and then add postage on. This is because the distillers do not make any money, in fact they make a loss when it comes to postage.
Price includes delivery and will be fulfilled by the Distillery. For any issues with delivery or product please contact distillery - : McLean's Gin | Scottish Craft Gin | Strathaven, South Lanarkshire
About the Distiller
A colourful collection of craft spirits, born in a South-Glasgow tenement cupboard & raised in our new, purpose built “Gin Lab” in Strathaven.
Hand-crafted, bespoke, micro-batch gin, individually made and bottled in Glasgow, Scotland.
Our range of gins have been created using innovative distillation techniques. We have utilised vacuum distillation at cold temperatures, and botanic steam baskets, allowing for the freshness of certain botanicals to be more present. Specific botanicals have been carefully chosen to compliment the percentage alcohol charge of the still, and the cutting point of the distillation. This ensures a premium flavour in the hearts of the distillation.
