A bright citrus gin featuring grapefruit, raspberries, apples, blackberries and pears from our Walled Garden . Rich berry notes lead to a creamy lemon sherbet finish.
Serving Suggestion
We recommend serving with tonic water, garnished with a grapefruit zest or an apple and a sprig of rosemary.
It is the perfect gin base for a clover club cocktail or a bramble gin serve.
