Awarded a silver medal in the Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial 2020!  Veering away from the herbal territory we have decided to design a combination that allows for the subtle fruitiness of the raspberry to be combined with the vanilla for a rounding of the fruit and catering for the sweeter palate. Consider a careful addition to some sparkling wine for a delightful contemporary cocktail.

Garnish: 3 dried raspberries

Subtle raspberry fruitiness is complemented by the vanilla to promote a sweetness of flavour that is balanced by the delicate elderflower influence.  However, lemonade as an alternative provides a clean, sweet-tasting freshness that allows the gin to stand out for the modern palate.
