Awarded a silver medal in the Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial 2020! The classical combination of rhubarb and ginger will be strengthened by some background galangal (a lesser-known Asian sibling of ginger) and brought to a focus with a hint of chilli to bring a novel taste to the palate.

A rounded fruitiness from the rhubarb is complemented by ginger and its Asian sibling (galangal) to give a gentle novelty of flavour in conjunction with the chilli.
