RHUBARB (ROO) + HONEY (BEE) = ROOBEE
We name Roobee Gin after her two main ingredients. The fresh-cut rhubarb we use in the distillation process gives it a fruity, distinctively rhubarb flavour.
We also add in locally-sourced honey from sustainable London bee farms to give the gin it's renowned smoothness and to impart a subtle sweetness.
The Sip and Share price is calculated as follows: we take 10% off the RRP and then add postage on.
