Sunshine edition is as the name suggests a taste of summer, distilled with summer fruits this gin wouldn’t be out of place on the beach. The gin has forward juniper notes and strong citrus base notes. The gin also has large notes of pineapple, mango and passion-fruit to really give this gin that summer sunshine feel. This gin is only available during the summer months at present and is best served with a Merchants Heart Plain tonic or Merchants Heart Ginger ale garnished with a slice of apple.
