Blackberry Big Seven is the new flavour to be added to the family.
Charles and Mike’s Blackberry gin starts life as their London Dry which is distilled with Juniper, Lemongrass, Angelica Root, Cassia Bark, Chamomile, Grapefruit Peel & Bay Leaf. We then infuse this spirit with Blackberries before re-distilling and re-infusing it for maximum quality and flavour.
We love it with ice and elderflower tonic, but it’s smooth enough to be sipped neat too.
