The Matron's Strength London Dry ups the ante of Nantwich Gin’s 40% proof recipe to 57%, completely transforming the experience and bringing different botanicals to the fore. Served neat, the Matron's Strength has an almost syrupy texture, coating the palate and bringing out the angelica root and coriander alongside punchy lavender florals. With ice and tonic, the effect is sweeter, with a hint of earthiness, pushing the warming spice of the pink peppercorns further into the background.
