70cl Quaker Old Tom Gin
This is the newest gin from Little Quaker. A deep complex gin full of sweet and spicy notes. Aged for a couple of weeks in a rum barrel to get a little colour and some sweet vanilla notes to compliment the pink peppercorns and ginger.
The gin is infused with local honey from Little Quaker's friend, Phil the Beekeeper. This is a lovely gin with a depth of flavour that just keeps rolling on the tongue. If you love the complexity in Quaker original you will adore this one!

The Little Quaker Distillery has been a dream of owners Paul and Leanne Colman for the past two years. Born out of a desire to escape from the daily grind of the rat race and a mutual love all things gin.
