Handcrafted in Staffordshire, this ‘Lichfield’ (London) Dry Gin contains botanicals inspired by our bees, the main one being propolis – a natural compound created from tree sap.

Propolis boasts warm citrusy notes combined with light floral hints, giving it a smooth finish and a natural freshness.

As one of the only gins on the market to contain this distinctive ingredient, we enjoy knowing that our bees have (yet again) made something to be proud of.

About the Distiller

On our little apiary, in the shadows of the cathedral city of Lichfield, is where our bees have provided a measure of tranquility and normality in these exceptional times. It is where we observe nature, learn from it, and apply that philosophy to everything else we do.

Today, in cooperation with an award-winning distillery, we have developed a gin infused with our own raw honey, bringing the unique character of that golden nectar into a more ‘adult’ setting. As our bees forage around the Lichfield countryside, we are proud to know that some of that goodness is going to make the perfect gin & tonic
